About Monley Hamlin Construction

Monley Hamlin Construction is a full service general contractor providing services to both the public and private sectors.  Our construction projects are focused within the municipal, multifamily, medical/hospital, and academic sectors.  The majority of our work is completed for regional municipalities, universities, hospitals, developers, business owners, and non profit organizations. 

Many of our private projects include design and preconstruction services which offer cost consultation and guidance during the design phase.

We are located in Davis, California and focus our services in the regions of Northern California.

PRINCIPLES

Jimmy Hamlin

An engineering graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo,  Jimmy has spent over 20 years in the construction industry.  Prior to founding Monley Hamlin Construction, Jimmy spent eight years with Teichert Construction of Sacramento, CA, managing large projects.  Jimmy excels in the challenge of difficult projects, using his analytical and practical approach to achieve creative solutions.

Colin Monley

A second generation contractor and graduate of Seattle Pacific University, Colin has spent more than 25 years in the construction industry.  He has a wide range of experience in both trade and management aspects of the construction process.  With a strong resume of managing both the preconstruction and construction phases of a project, Colin has a unique ability to take a project from its conception, guide clients through the design phase, and execute the project through the final warranty.
